Step 2: Managing Employee Information

In this step you will be learn to view and edit employee information found in Gen4.

The employee information found in Gen4 was input from a spreadsheet document provided to On Song by your company. You can view this information by clicking the blue "Employee Management" link in the top navigation bar. If you would like, you may review the video below, first presented in Step 1, describing how to view employee information, beginning at 4:27 and ending at 5:35.

HR Manger Portal Features (9:00 min)

To edit an employee's data,

  • First locate that employee by scrolling down through the list, or using the filters found at the top of the Employee Management page.
  • Second, use the "Quick Links" located in the top right corner to edit base information, add additional information, or delete the user.

To add a new employee,

  • Select "New Employee" from the "Quick Links" found at the top right corner of the "Employee Management" page
