Using your Gen4 HR Management System, you will be able to automatically allocate time off to employees according to time off policies, employees will be able to make requests for time off, and as time off is approved to managers, you will be able to maintain a time off balance for each employee. Overview of the HR Time-Off and Leave Management System (11:00 min)When employees make time off requests, their manager will receive an email notification. Managers will then need to log into the Gen4 HR Manager portal, select the employee from the "Employee Management" page, and edit the time off request. On this page the manager will be able to approve the time off request.
