In this step you will learn to generate useful reports from your Gen4 HR Management System.

Access your Gen4 HR Management Report Center by clicking the green "Report Center" link in the top navigation. From your Report Center you will be able to generate reports from data found in your HR Management system in the following areas.

• Employee Reports - Employee contact or benefit information
• New Hire/Term Reports - Hiring and termination patterns
• Policy Reports - Policy cost and renewal information

Note: In addition to the reports listed in the reports center of your Gen4 HR Management System, On Song can create custom reports for you and also add custom data collection fields to give you more flexibility when managing employee data.
